Two new restaurants slated in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been filed in Scottsdale to replace the former Arriba’s Mexican Grill restaurant building with two new drive-thru restaurants.

One of the new restaurants will be a Salad And Go and the other restaurant has not been disclosed yet by Avalon Development which is redeveloping the property near Pima Road, Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101.

Avalon and RKAA Architects Inc. have submitted site and design plans for the restaurant property at 15236 N. Pima Road.

The property totals approximately 1.5 acres.

More details on the second restaurant are expected to be released as the project gets closer to starting construction, according to Avalon.
