Updated plans submitted for new 2-story Old Town restaurant

Updated plans for a new two-story restaurant have been filed for a site in Old Town Scottsdale.

The City of Scottsdale has the updated received plans for the redevelopment of an older commercial building at 4445 North Buckboard Trail near Scottsdale Road and Camelback Road.

Plans call for a new fast casual chicken restaurant called Peeps.

The redevelopment is proposed by Stockdale Capital Partners, which owns other properties and Old Town’s Entertainment District and has other redevelopment plans.

The Peeps restaurant will total 3,225 square feet and feature a rooftop patio and new mural.

Site and design plans for the new restaurant have been submitted to the city by Bar Napkin Productions.
