CA breaks ground on Luke Logistics Center in Glendale

CA Industrial (“CA”) announced the groundbreaking of the first phase of Luke Logistics Center in Glendale, Arizona. The development is the product of a joint venture partnership between CA Industrial and DWS/RREEF.

“The groundbreaking of the first phase of Luke Logistics Center marks the strategic expansion of CA’s presence in the Sun Belt – an increasingly attractive, dynamic market,” said Joe Trinkle, senior vice president and market officer for CA industrial across the Southwest and West regions. “This project supports the continued growth of the e-commerce sector and bolsters our portfolio in a growing market that has seen strong demand for warehouse and distribution space as well as population and job growth.”
