More high-density housing proposed in northern San Tan Valley

SAN TAN VALLEY — Another apartment developer is proposing high-density housing Hunt Highway and Gary Road.

Watermark Residential is proposing 312 apartments on approximately 20 vacant acres on Gary Road, or about 15.6 units per acre. The community would be between the Walmart commercial area and the proposed Hancock Communities apartment complex on Hunt Highway.
