A golf resort villas development is being proposed in north Scottsdale adjacent to the Troon North Golf Club.
MBA Development Partners (Mike Anderson) wants to build a new 31-unit resort villas project called Troon Golf Villas on a 2.6-acre site near Dynamite Boulevard and 103rd Street.
The parcel at 10200 E. Dynamite Boulevard is vacant and adjacent to the golf course and other residential areas.
Development plans all for 31 resort villas in nine buildings.
“The nine buildings would house bedrooms, living rooms and kitchenettes, with private patios. All amenities, like food and beverage and golf-related experiences would be available through the Troon North Golf Clubhouse. The maintenance of the rooms would also be operated out of the clubhouse. Eight of the nine proposed buildings would be two-stories,” according to development plans submitted with the City of Scottsdale.
The project is focused on golf travelers.
PHX Architecture is the architect for the project.
The development is looking site and landscaping plans approvals from the City of Scottsdale with zoning designations of “Resort/Townhouse Residential Environmentally Sensitive Lands (Hillside District) & Hillside Conservation Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R-4R ESL (HD) & HC ESL)”, according to city documents.
