Phoenix cannabis firm to buy dispensary license in all-cash deal

Phoenix-based Copperstate Farms LLC has reached a deal to pay $15 million in cash for a marijuana dispensary license in Phoenix, bringing its total number of retail locations in the Valley to five.

Minneapolis-based Goodness Growth Holdings Inc. (CSE: GDNS; OTCQX: GDNSF) has agreed to sell its Phoenix dispensary at 22041 N. 23rd Ave., along with that dispensary’s remaining inventory and equipment. Included in that $15 million deal is the Phoenix dispensary property lease and all revenue-producing contracts.
