Phoenix developer completes first mid-bay industrial project along Loop 303

Phoenix-based Kentwood Ventures recently completed a new industrial project for small-to-mid-sized users — a product that industry experts say has been lacking in the West Valley.

Called Kentwood 303, the development is comprised of two buildings totaling 271,000 square feet with space alternatives for 10,000 to 100,000-square-foot tenants.
