COOLIDGE — City officials are reporting more people moving to Coolidge for a variety of reasons, including lower home prices, but new businesses coming in don’t seem to be keeping up with the growth.
As Coolidge’s population slowly increases, many businesses are still not calling the city home.
The city’s estimated population for 2021 is 13,536 residents, an increase of about 900 from last year when the 2020 census reported there were 12,685 people living in the city.
