Forty units in five two-story apartment buildings are planned east of Lindsay Road on the south side of Southern Avenue in Mesa.
The preliminary design for the 2.2-acre Countryside Modern development is to discussed at the Jan. 11 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board. The board generally meets at 4:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month in the lower Mesa Council Chambers, 57 E. First St.
The development was on the agenda for the board’s Dec. 14 meeting but was continued to the next meeting.
