Mack Real Estate Group, which has several large projects in the works in the Valley, including land designated as a Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. supplier site by the city of Phoenix, closed on another parcel in the Deer Valley submarket.
The company is planning to build a 297-unit single-family rental community on the site, where there is expected to be major need for residential growth driven by the TSMC factory, which will employ 1,900 people in its first phase, and is expected to attract a significant number of suppliers to the area, bringing even more jobs.
