CG developments taking shape on west side

CASA GRANDE — Construction is underway on a new Iron City Polaris dealership, just south of the Kortsen Road and Pinal Avenue intersection.

The ATV/UTV dealership is the first phase in plans for development in that area, which will eventually include build-to-rent homes and more commercial properties.

The latter, known as “The Three Points” planned area development, will go before the Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting on Thursday. According to city planner Joseph Horn, the commission will first consider the site’s zoning and next month will look at the overall site plans. Horn said there is room for several commercial properties between the Iron City dealership and Pinal Avenue.
