COOLIDGE — The city of Coolidge last week provided some information pertaining to the 398-unit Grandview Casa Blanca apartment complex being built east of the railroad tracks off Vah Ki Inn Road.
Coolidge Economic Development Services Director Gilbert Lopez said he recently spoke with the construction manager of the project, who told him the first 42 units would be completed by the end of February.
Lopez said some of the issues are a lack of construction supplies needed.
