The subdivision at Country Club Estates off North Vulture Mine Road is beginning to take shape.
Morgan Taylor Homes Land Development Manager Steve Cross told the Town of Wickenburg Planning and Zoning Advisory Commission on Thursday that 10 homes were currently under construction on Ringo Road.
“Those will be finished up within the next eight months,” he said. Cross said two more homes – expected to be valued between $475,000 and $675,000 – will be under construction within the next few months. That would put 14 houses on Ringo Road. Two of the houses were already built when construction began on the other 10.
