Within one week, Scott Grigg of The Grigg’s Group sold five of the new construction properties in Cullum Homes’ Seven Desert Mountain community in north Scottsdale for a total of $17.2 million.
Seven Desert Mountain is north Scottsdale’s newest golf community built by Cullum Homes, including 33 home sites on the surrounding golf course, all represented by Grigg and his team. About 18 homes are left for sale in that community.
Of the five sales, one included the model home featuring Cullum’s famous car bar, which comes complete with an elevator that lowers collector cars into the basement. That model home sold for $6.65 million.
