Key to Phoenix real estate assets in 2022

For commercial real estate in Arizona, apartments and industrial are “head and shoulders above the other product types,” when it comes to construction and lending activity, said Tim Storey, principal for Gantry’s Phoenix office.

However, other building types, even those that did not fare nearly as well during the pandemic, could see a rise in popularity in 2022, he said.
