Langley Properties purchases nearly 5,000 acres in Florence

By Rose Law Group Reporter

In the last few weeks two transactions have put the Langley Properties group of companies in control of more readily developable land, with current utility solutions, in and around The Town of Florence than any other firm.

On December 28, 2021 Langley Lewis Holdings, LLC purchased Daybreak, approximately 3,840 acres of farmland, located both on the North and South West side of Florence. Then on January 5, 2022 Langley Johnson Estates, LLC purchased Skyrise, 1,130 acres of grazing land South of Downtown Florence. Both the Daybreak and Skyrise are future Master Planned Communities in one of the fastest growing corridors of Arizona.

Entitlement for the first phase of Daybreak, consisting of 563 acres, is well underway in conjunction with The Town of Florence who will be the utility provider.

“These properties have so much going for them. They have unique access to utilities, giving them the ability to flush and brush and they are in an excellent location within current transportation corridors as well as along the future North / South Freeway. We are very excited to bring both Daybreak and Skyrise to market,” said Stacy Brimhall, Manager of Langley Properties.

“The Town of Florence is very excited to have Langley Properties investing in our community. Stacy and Josh (Brimhall) have a long history in Pinal County and Florence. We look forward to this partnership and the quality development that comes from it.” says Brent Billingsley, Florence Town Manager.
