Maricopa commission approves plat for new subdivision

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat for the subdivision formerly known as McDavid Estates on Monday.

Rodolfo Lopez, city director of the Development Services Department, presented the commissioners with a request from CVL Consultants for approval of the Palomino Ridge subdivision preliminary plat. This property is located at the northeast corner of Hogenes Boulevard and McDavid Road.
