Office, warehouse projects looks for final approval in Gilbert

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Gilbert Town Council will vote Jan. 11 on final approvals for a new office/warehouse building on McQueen Road south of Baseline Road.

The project is slated for a 3.3 acre lot adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad line. The project combines two parcels and plans call for an 8,750-square-foot office/warehouse building as well as a storage and maintenance yard.

The development is proposed by McQueen Professional & Warehouse Building LLC, according to city documents.

Arizona Corporation Commission records list Mitchell Owens as a manager of that LLC.

The council will consider Final Plat approvals for the project at its meeting.

The surrounding area includes industrial and other commercial uses.
