Multifamily developer, owner, and manager P.B. Bell has opened the $49 million Kalon Luxury Apartments in Phoenix’s Norterra neighborhood.
The upscale community is designed to provide urban living in a suburban neighborhood, offering 215 apartments with studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging between 554 and 1,123 square feet. The pet-friendly units include luxury features, such as wood-style flooring, granite countertops with subway tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, private patios or balconies, and smart home technology.
