Two companies owned by Phoenix-based CBC Group Inc. have made new acquisitions.
Creative Brands and Christian Brands are both part of CBC Group. All three are based in Arizona.
Creative Brands announced Jan. 27 it was acquiring Bella il Fiore Co, of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
It was founded in 2000 and sells “sleep, spa and beauty textiles to the specialty gift, spa, and wellness markets”, according to a news release. ( www.bellailfiore.com ).
Bella il Fiore’s product line includes pajamas, sleep masks, robes and headbands along with beauty, face and skin care accessories.
Creative Brands is a distribution, importing and manufacturing firm with six catalogs of products selling to an assortment of retailers across the country.
Its acquisitions include Santa Barbara Design Studio, Slant Collections, 47 th & Main, Stephan Baby, Heartfelt and Face Two Face Designs in the gift industry in addition to their Faithworks brand that distributes inspirational products to the Christian retail marketplace
Christian Brands has also acquired the Alfred Mainzer Greeting Card Company of Long Island City, New York.
Alfred Mainzer was founded in 1938 and provides Catholic and Christian greeting cards as well as Christmas Cards.
The company makes die cut, gold stamped greeting cards printed in Europe including Catholic paper cards and seasonal gift giving.

Other recent acquisitions include Gerffert, R.J. Toomey, Creed, Berkander, Jeweled Cross, Robert Smith, Will & Baumer and Sudbury Brass.

CBC is based in Phoenix and also has manufacturing facilities, a call center, and a distribution center in Tennessee.
