Planning panel approves two new apartment complexes for Casa Grande

CASA GRANDE — In recent months, the planning and zoning commission has seen a slew of residential development proposals, including build-to-rent communities that are comprised of individual homes. However, at their first meeting of 2022, on Thursday, Jan. 6, the commission reviewed two possible apartments that could be built within city limits.

The first apartment under review was the 200-unit, three-story Roers Casa Grande Apartment project that will be located at the intersection of Jimmie Kerr Boulevard and Trekell Road.
