Ritz Carlton Paradise Valley developer Five Star Development has submitted site plans with the City of Scottsdale for a six-story, 41-unit luxury residential development with retail and restaurant space.
The proposed 330,200 square-foot building is adjacent to Five Star’s Ritz Carlton resort and part of the luxury Palmeraie development which is in the Town of Paradise Valley.
The Scottsdale project is called the Fendi Residences at the Palmeraie. It is located at Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend Road.
It is slated to include 41 “exclusive residences” in a 90-foot high building, according to plans submitted with the city.
