Texas group buys Phoenix HVAC, plumbing contractor

A Texas company with home services operations in several states has acquired a Phoenix-based HVAC and plumbing contractor.

Fort Worth-based Friendly Group has acquired Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Friendly Group previously acquired Ambient Edge Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in Kingman.

The company has also brought HVAC contractors in Utah under its umbrella.

Day & Night will continue to operate under its brand with owner, Jeff Martin, and General Manager, Mike Littau, leading the company in partnership with Friendly Group.
