The most expensive home for sale in Arizona isn’t even built yet.
A developer has listed a preconstruction home in the affluent town of Paradise Valley for $30.6 million, making it the priciest listing on the market in the state. If it sells for that price, it will be the most expensive recorded sale in Arizona, topping a $24.1 million Scottsdale sale in October 2020, according to Realtor.com.
The house will be the largest unit in a 12-home project called Crown Canyon, according to developer Rich Brock of BedBrock Developers. Construction is slated to begin in the third quarter of this year.
