DC Ranch car storage project files design plans in Scottsdale

Design and development plans have been submitted for a proposed auto storage facility in Scottsdale’s DC Ranch area.

Scott Hanish LLC wants to build a 23,295-square-foot auto storage facility on a vacant parcel at 9271 East Hidden Spur Trail. Scott Hanish is listed as the corporate manager of the LLC, according Arizona Corporation Commission records.

The 1.34-acre parcel is north of Bell Road and east of the Loop 101 freeway.

The developer is seeing site and design plan approvals for the car storage project, which will have two buildings with 34-foot building heights. There will also be some clubhouse space for those using the facility.

The land is zoned Industrial Park Planned Community District.
