Ironwood 92 tells Scottsdale it needs more time before hearing

The team behind proposed multifamily, mixed-use development Ironwood 92 has asked city of Scottsdale officials to push a council review of the project back to March 29.

This is the second time the group has asked the city to push back its public hearing.

Ironwood 92 is slated to be reviewed by council with a possible vote for approval or denial at its upcoming Tuesday, Feb. 22, meeting.

Senior Planner Kurt Jones of Tiffany & Bosco emailed Scottsdale on Feb. 17 explaining the continuation request stems from negotiations with the McCormick Ranch Property Owners Association and its design review approval process.
