Reata Ranch Guest Ranch plans enter Scottsdale scope again

A western resort and residential community that received rezoning in 2012 and preliminary plat approval in 2016, has filed applications for approval again, citing expiration.

Reata Ranch Guest Ranch has submitted initial applications for reapproval of a preliminary plat and site plan, building elevations and landscape plans in the northeastern corner of Scottsdale.

Reata Ranch’s application includes plans for 326 resort and residential lots on a 220-acre site with resort/townhouse residential environmental sensitive lands zoning. The location is on the south side of east Rio Verde Drive between 128th Street and 136th Street.
