Rose Law Group Founder and President Jordan Rose remarks in Business Journal report: Arizona law firms in talent tug of war during pandemic

Not unlike many other industries right now, employers in the legal sector are battling for talent as the Covid-19 pandemic rages on. Attracting top talent has always been competitive but it has only gotten tougher as law firms are busier and expanding.

“The legal profession is in the midst of one of the biggest talent wars in recent memory,” Fennemore CEO and attorney James Goodnow told the Business Journal. “With lots of deal-flow and an uptick in litigation matters, attorneys and legal professionals are in high demand. We’ve seen lots of firms throwing around money in an effort to make people move.”
