Tri Pointe Homes opened the first three neighborhoods at Madera, a 316-acre community located in the southeast Phoenix metro city of Queen Creek, Arizona. Tri Pointe is building 266 single-family homes in the Grove, Orchard, and Terrace neighborhoods at Madera, with sales, pre-scheduled appointments, and six model home tours underway.
“It’s great to have our three new neighborhoods at Madera now open for sales, where we’re offering home buyers 14 new floor plans with personalized design options surrounded by attractive community amenities and an abundance of outdoors appeal,” says Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s division president James Attwood.
Homes in the Grove at Madera will start from the low $500,000s with 105 homesites ranging from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to four-bay garages.
