1.6M-square-foot industrial facility planned in Eastmark in Mesa

A 10-building, 1,641,352-square-foot office/warehouse industrial development is to be constructed west of Signal Butte Road and south of Elliot Road within the Eastmark planned community in Mesa.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously to approve a site plan review for the 116-acre development. Board member Jeffrey Crockett was absent.

The proposed development complies with the Eastmark community plan and the Eastmark development unit plan. For a buffer, the Eastmark Disc Golf Course is between single-family homes and the planned industrial development, Planner Kellie Rorex said during a study session prior to the board’s March 23 meeting.
