ELOY — Housing has been a top priority for the Eloy City Council. Now, with Keller Williams opening a new realty office on Eloy’s main street, Century Complete Homes is working on new communities in the city.
Eloy Mayor Micah Powell discussed housing during his State of the City address in February, saying that working with the home builders brings a lot of potential for both the city and residents.
“Many steps are necessary to get to the finish line, but I am very confident that as a public and private team, we will soon be building homes that are effective, affordable and that will stand the test of time,” Powell said in his speech.
