Mike McDowell, who plays pickleball on a regular basis, wasn’t surprised to see more seniors interested in the rapidly growing sport.
But what surprised the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) was the fact that new residents are moving into one of Lennar’s new communities because of the pickleball courts, the popular sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.
