Valley real estate developer Spike Lawrence’s parents began acquiring property in Pinal County in the 1960s as an investment, and Lawrence began doing the same in the mid-90’s.

Now, as Casa Grande and Pinal County have caught the eye of some of the state’s fastest-growing industries — electric vehicles and semiconductor manufacturing — Lawrence’s land holdings have come to be in high demand.
