LA investor does largest Arizona deal of year (so far)

Los Angeles-based Tides Equities LLC paid $255 million for a 1,012-unit apartment community in the West Valley.

Selling for $251,976 per unit, Del Mar Terrace at 7007 W. Indian School Road in Phoenix, represents the largest multifamily apartment sale so far this year, said Trevor Koskovich, president of investment sales for Northmarq.
