Liv Communities buys in Avondale

Liv Communities, a Michigan developer with a strong presence in metro Phoenix, has purchased a 13-acre parcel of land near State Farm Stadium in Glendale with plans to build a $94.2 million apartment community.

Plans call for breaking ground in January 2023 to build 333 units at the southwest corner of 99th Avenue and Indian School Road in Avondale with an expected opening in summer 2024.
