CASA GRANDE — While the 1,039-lot single-family neighborhood Sonoran Heights moved closer to overall approval, the matter of impact on Florence Boulevard and Cacheris Court traffic was discussed at length at Thursday evening’s Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
The 241-acre development is bounded by Henness Road on the west, Cacheris on the east, Earley Road on the south and a small portion of Florence Boulevard on the north.
With an expected increase in traffic, city Planner Jim Gagliardi explained to the commission how traffic flows could be controlled inside and outside of the housing project.
