Site map approved for proposed Coolidge apartment complex

COOLIDGE — Residents may have another option for housing in the future.

The site map for a proposed 30-unit, one-bedroom apartment complex on Spruell Avenue was approved by the Coolidge Planning and Zoning Commission last week.

The complex would be three stories high, which prompted concerns from some residents who said that would not be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.

There would be 41 parking spaces along with on-street parking.
