Downtown Scottsdale multifamily project, The Miller, is seeking city approval again — this time for its site plan, building elevations and landscape plan for a new 148-unit, six story building.

The Toll Brothers project previously received rezoning approval in October 2021 for the apartment building. At that time, Scottsdale City Council voted 6-1 to approve the project, with Mayor David Ortega dissenting.

Now, additional details of the project are available via a March 8 application.

The Miller is looking for approval of the site plan, building elevations and landscape plan at the Development Review Board. A meeting date has not been set yet, city documents show.
The Miller project property, 7570 E. 6th Ave., has a current year full cash value of $4,985,000, according to the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office.
