Huge industrial development proposed farmland in Buckeye

Industrial development is being proposed for more than 1,300 acres of farmland in the West Valley.

The massive property is located along MC85 between Dean Road and Jack Rabbit Trail on the south side of Interstate 10 in the Buckeye area, a suburb southwest of Phoenix that’s slated for massive industrial growth over the next decade.
