Integrity Capital LLC secures $27.3 million loan for Power Commerce Park LLC to construct Industrial Park in Gilbert Arizona

Gilbert Ariz– Integrity Capital LLC announced today that it helped Power Commerce Park LLC obtain a $27.3 million construction loan for the construction of a new industrial park in Gilbert.

The 14 acre lot located at 3380 South Power Road will be the site of a 146,052 square feet industrial park with 12 buildings for lease. Each individual building will be 12,000 square feet with yard space.

Integrity Capital LLC Principal Dave Kotter said the construction of a new industrial park will be a huge boon for Gilbert small business owners.

“This space is big news for Gilbert because it is a new space to serve small industrial businesses,” Kotter said. “With the economy booming entrepreneurs need a place to house their business. This industrial park will help Gilbert thrive by bringing in new business to the city.

Kotter said he was proud of his team for helping Power Commerce LLC find a competitive loan that allowed them to quickly being work on the commercial project.
