Las Vegas developer buys land near Apple, Amazon, Facebook in Mesa for industrial development

Las Vegas-based real estate investment firm IndiCap has made its first of several moves in the Phoenix area by acquiring 113 acres in southeast Mesa for a huge industrial development in between Apple’s and Meta’s data centers.

IndiCap, along with their partner in the venture AECOM-Canyon Partners, paid $48 million for the two parcels. The joint venture industrial project is being called Eastmark Center of Industry, and it will contain 10 buildings totaling over 1.6 million square feet of mid-bay and cross-dock industrial buildings.
