Meritage names Clinton as executive VP

Meritage Homes Corp. has hired Malissia Clinton as the builder’s executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Clinton will be based at Meritage’s Scottsdale, Arizona, headquarters and will replace the retiring C. Timothy White.

“We are pleased to welcome Malissia to Meritage Homes,” says CEO Phillippe Lord. “With nearly three decades of legal experience, she brings extensive expertise in managing risk, ethics, compliance, and governance matters. I am confident she will be a valuable member of Meritage’s executive team from the start.”
