New Scottsdale apartments proposed along Arizona Canal

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Texas-based Magnolia Co. is proposing a 54-unit infill apartment complex in Old Town Scottsdale on the Arizona Canal.

The four-story project is called Magnolia Waterside @ Old Town and sits on a vacant Indian School Road east of 68th Street near Fifth Avenue shops and art galleries.

The property totals 1.17 acres. Plans call for 900 square feet of ground level commercial space. Levels two, three and four will have apartments, according to plans submitted with the City of Scottsdale.

The apartment developer is seeking site plan approvals from the city for the infill multifamily project.
