This mixed-use commercial district has perennially enjoyed 100% occupancy, paving the way for the development of Sunrise Market, a brand-new class A lifestyle center currently under development on the southeast corner of Village Street and Sunrise Lane in Verrado. Sunrise Market is nearly 50% leased, with groundbreaking planned for summer 2022, and opening projected for late 2023.
