The former CEO of Cyber Ninjas and his wife are now personally responsible for turning over records from the review of Maricopa County’s 2020 election, an Arizona judge told the couple during a Tuesday court hearing.
Doug and Meghan Logan appeared via video conference before Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp, who told them directly that multiple court orders now have made it clear the records from work on the election review are to be handed over.
The Arizona Republic sued Cyber Ninjas and the Arizona Senate for public records the parties would not release last year. A similar case was brought by left-leaning watchdog group American Oversight.
