Expansion proposed for Scottsdale marijuana cultivation center

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Patient Alternative Relief Center (PARC) —which operates a marijuana dispensary near 42nd Street and University Drive in Phoenix — wants to expand its cultivation, extraction and facility in Scottsdale.

PARC has submitted plans with the City of Scottsdale to expand its facility at 7655 E. Evans Road near Scottsdale Airport.

PARC wants to expand its 15,000-square-foot Scottsdale facility to 19,050 square feet by adding a second story and also adding an adjacent 27,500-square-foot building to its operations.

That building is located at 7640 E Gelding Drive, according to plans submitted to the city.

PARC is seeking an amendment to its conditional use permit from Scottsdale for its proposed expansion.
