Massive project proposed for growing industrial area of Valley

A large industrial campus with about 15 buildings totaling approximately 2 million square feet is proposed for Glendale’s growing industrial corridor.

The property comprises 140 acres surrounding an RV and boat storage facility on the north and southwest corners of Litchfield and Bethany Home roads just east of Luke Air Force Base. It’s also adjacent to the Dreaming Summit residential community in Litchfield Park.
