The first to be built are the Arcadia View Lofts, located at 2640 N 52nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008, where MODUS has partnered with Kinella Construction and HercuTech, the manufacturer of HercuWall™, to supply a patented “green” wall building system, to add to the project’s earth-friendly appeal.
“Our work with Kinella and HercuWall will truly give an edge to our Net Zero technology making this development unlike any other,” said Founder of MODUS Companies Ed Gorman. “Location, design and technology are our three cornerstones, and with that we have been able to also address increasing affordability issues within our communities. For example, utility bills will be a third of the norm.”
