Old Town bike shop gears up for bigger Haus

Addition planned at Old Town bike shop

Plans have been submitted with the City of Scottsdale for an expansion of the Bicycle Haus property in Old Town.

Designs call for a new 1,500-square-foot addition at the Bicycle Haus parcel at 7113 E 1st Avenue.

The popular cycling shop will use the new building for storage and retail uses, according to plans filed with the city.

DeBartolo Architects (Jeff Kershaw, Jack DeBartolo) is providing the design for the planned addition to the bike shop.
