Paradise Valley Town Council candidates talk about local development increases

By Melissa Rosequist | Your Valley

As more people move to the Valley of the Sun, so increases the amount of new development. In the second iteration of the Paradise Valley Town Council Q&A, candidates answer questions on local development.

There are four candidates seeking three open seats on Town Council. Of the four candidates, Christine Labelle is the only political challenger, meanwhile Ellen Andeen, Paul Dembow and Anna Thomasson are all incumbents.

As the primary election on Aug. 2 nears, the Independent is conducting Q&A questions with each council candidate to get their opinion on various topics to do with the Town of Paradise Scottsdale. You will also see a similar Q&A series for the two mayoral candidates: incumbent Jerry Bien-Willner and challenger Julie Pace.
